The person behind every product write-up, ingredient breakdown and quality check on TheNutriShop.
I write and fact-check every product page on TheNutriShop. My job is simple to describe and slower to actually do: read the studies, check the ingredients, and tell you honestly whether a product's claims hold up.
Before this, I spent a few years writing about nutrition and wellness for smaller independent sites, mostly getting frustrated at how many "reviews" were just rewritten marketing copy. TheNutriShop started as an attempt to do it differently.
Before I write a single line, I go through the full ingredient list, dosages included, not just the headline claims on the packaging.
I cross-reference ingredient claims against published studies and EFSA-approved health claims, rather than repeating what a brand says about itself.
Certifications, manufacturing standards and sourcing get checked before any badge goes on a product page, not just taken at face value from a logo.
If something's a genuine strength, I'll say so. If something's unproven or overhyped, I'll say that too, drawbacks included.
A mix of independent, publicly available scientific and regulatory resources, the same ones referenced across TheNutriShop's Quality pages.
Out of everything on the site, these are the three Julie recommends most often.
